Shoes, handbags, sunglasses, headphones... things I refuse to spend boatloads of money on! Why? Because I'm rough on them, I know I will break them at some point, if I don't lose them first.
When my husband and I were dating, he gifted me with a pair of headphones for the gym that lasted me over two years! I loved those little guys, they took a beating, they had great sound, and they held a charge for almost a week. After two years of being stuffed in gym bags, they finally came apart at the seams, literally.
In the time I owned those headphones, my in-laws also bought me the most amazing gift for traveling, Bose noise-cancelling headphones, with a bluetooth adaptor. I can't imagine flying without them now. I also can't imagine taking them into the gym with me, where I'm tough on things and sweaty. So, using these for workouts is not an option for me.
When my gym headphones finally fell apart, I knew I wanted something similar to my Bose pair, but something I didn't have to worry about messing up. I started searching for over the ear headphones that didn't cost an arm and a leg. After ordering, trying, and returning a couple, here is the set I stuck with!
Yall, these are INCREDIBLE. They sound perfectly clear, turn up very loud, stay snugly in place, drown out sounds in the rest of the gym, are INSTANTLY connected when you turn them on (once you've done the set up one time), have all the controls and features you'd need, and hold a charge just as long as my previous gym headphones. They fold up and come in a nice shell case to protect them, and they are adjustable if you have a big noggin.
All that probably sounds the same as 99% of other headphones, but here's the kicker, these are on sale for just $26.99 (originally $60.00)! I mean, for me, it doesn't get any better than that!
If you're looking for new headphones, try these out! Worst case scenario, you don't love them as much as me and you can send them back to the wonderful and all-forgiving Amazon.
