About Me

Updated: Dec 8, 2019

Hi there! I'm Madison, and I'm thrilled to have you here! I love sharing this fitness passion of mine with others. If I haven't had the opportunity to meet you yet, I hope I do in the near future!

In short... I am 26 years old. I'm a navy wife and dog-mom living in South Texas. I love fitness & nutrition, and I'm insanely fascinated with how our bodies are designed to feel, function, and perform.

I graduated from Georgia College in 2016 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. While I had all intentions of going to graduate school at that time, God had bigger, better plans. I stayed in my cute little college town, worked for my local church, and met my now-husband, Tyler.

In 2017, I took a job in Chiropractic, leading rehabilitation and corrective exercise. Tyler soon proposed, and then he ran off to Officer Candidate School in Rhode Island to begin our journey in the U.S. Navy! When he got home we tied the knot, and our love triangle with the military moved me to Florida two months later for flight school.

When we arrived in Florida I continued working in Chiropractic, but I also began to pursue something a little (or a lot) cheaper than graduate school, my Personal Training Certification. My degree and job experience gave me all the knowledge I needed for the test. Not to mention, I already loved exercising myself. I thought being a trainer would be a fun and easy job to find each time we moved, so I dove in head-first!

When I made the switch from rehabilitation to full-blown fitness, I completely underestimated how fulfilling training and coaching would be to me!

I loved corrective exercise & rehab, helping people get out of pain. But now, I get to do that and so much more! I am so honored every time I get to be part of someone else's health and fitness journey. I love watching women pick up a weight that they never thought they'd be able to lift. I love seeing new-found confidence on my clients' faces when they fit into that pair of jeans or that dress they never thought they'd wear again. I love seeing them come alive with energy they haven't felt in a long time. I love the reaction I get from a client's spouse when they notice the changes in their loved one. I love when my clients' kids start copying them and doing their own little workouts. I love when clients tell me they are not only seeing and feeling results with changes in their nutrition, but they are also enjoying and looking forward to their food each day. I love getting my nutrition clients' check-ins each week, because they are putting in hard work and it shows in numbers and pictures! Most of all, I love the way health and fitness can truly change your life for the better.

Thanks to the military, I've had the pleasure of training in four different facilities since leaving chiropractic: a women's-only bootcamp style gym, a traditional family-owned gym, a hospital fitness center, and now a military fitness center.

My clients now and in the past range from 18 to 85 years old, male and female, and all ability levels. I am honored to be part of anyone's journey to better health and fitness, whether online, in the gym, or even in your home.
