If you don't try this soup, you are truly missing out. YUM! I am deeming this the best soup I've ever made.
The best part? Your husband will have no idea he's eating cauliflower! He'll even tell you how much he loves the soup, as you giggle to yourself that he is admitting how much he loves cauliflower.
The next best part? It's ready in 20 minutes and it's SO easy!
Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi, 12oz
Trader Joe's Organic Chicken Sausage, 3 sausages
Trader Joe's Organic Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper Soup, 32oz
Trader Joe's Horseradish Cheddar Cheese, 2 Tbsp
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chives to garnish
Cook Cauliflower Gnocchi per stove-top instructions on the bag.
Pour Tomato Soup into saucepan and bring to a simmer. Add 1-2 tablespoons of cheese and stir.
Slice 2-3 chicken sausages and sauté over medium heat.
When the gnocchi and chicken sausage are done, add to the soup and stir.
Serves 2-3 (2 Large Bowls or 3 Average Bowls)
