8oz Silk Unsweetened Cashew Milk
Half of a Frozen Banana
3-4 Ice Cubes
In a blender (I use Vitamix) add the cashew milk, frozen banana, protein powder, and ice cubes. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Consistency should thicken but will still be a little runny.
Then, pour into a bowl or cup and add the instant pudding and powdered peanut butter. Stir these in by hand with a whisk or other utensil.
Add a spoon and/or straw and enjoy!
